General Conditions

 Article 1 Registration

1.1 You register for an activity or season-ticket or book a retreat by means of a letter, an application-form, e-mail or via internet.

1.2 You receive a confirmation of the registration or booking (for yourself or someone else) from NiaNu by means of a letter or an e-mail. The agreement for participation will come about by the transmittal of this letter or e-mail.

1.3 The registrations will be ranked by time of arrival.

Article 2 Payment Conditions 

2.1 After confirmation of your subscription you will receive the invoice and the information concerning the training, retreat, workshop, playshop or season-ticket. The invoice you will pay in advance or on the payable date.

 

Article 3 Cancellation or alteration by the participant

3.1 The participant is allowed to cancel or alter the subscription on the following conditions:

a. The cancellation or alteration of a subscription or booking should be made by letter or e-mail.

b. In case of cancellation or alteration we charge 20 euro administration- and reservation fee. In every case that the total of charges for participation were less then 20 euro, refund is not possible.

c. In case of cancellation or alteration of a retreat within 336 hours ( two weeks ) before the start you will be indebted for the total amount due.

d. In case of cancellation or alteration regarding a training, workshop or start of a season-ticket within 168 hours ( one week ) before the start you will be indebted for the total amount due. 

3.2 Article 3.1 can be adjusted in case of calamity, to be judged by NiaNu.

3.3 If you are unable to attend a retreat, you may subscribe another person if you let us know within 168 hours ( one week ) before the start of the retreat. This information needs to be given to NiaNu by letter or e-mail.

3.4 In case you are unable to attend a training or workshop you may send another person if you give NiaNu this information 24 hours before the start of the workshop or training.

3.5 In case you are unable to attend a training, retreat or workshop without notification or sending another person you will be indebted for the total costs of participation.

3.6 If you are unable to attend a weekly class you can compensate ttat lesson later but within a calendar-year after the start of the subscription-period.

 

Article 4 Cancellation by NiaNu

4.1 NiaNu has the right to cancel a training, retreat, workshop or weekly class. The participants will receive an announcement before the start of the training, retreat, workshop or the beginning of a six-months class-season. If possible a suitable alternative will be offered. If the participant makes use of this offer the costs of participation will not be refunded. In other cases the costst of participation will be refunded.

 

Article 5 General

5.1 The training, retreat, workshop or classes will be given by NiaNu or representatives of NiaNu or in co-operation with partners of NiaNu as agreed in advance.

 

Article 6 Liability

6.1 NiaNu, representatives of NiaNU and co-operative partners of NiaNu are not responsible for loss or theft of goods and/or personal injury before, during or after participation of a training, retreat, workshop or class.

6.2 Any form of liability is limited to the invoiced amount.

6.3 Participation of classes, workshops, playshops, trainings and retreats are fully voluntary and at own risk. A participant has full responsibility for each activity in which he participates. The participant spares herewith E.H.K. Arends, or any other trainer/teacher who accomplishes activities, from any responsibility. The participant spares them from any claim, claims, injuries, actions or causes of action regarding your person or possessions that derive from, or are linked to, the use of any sevices, materials or facilities provided by NiaNu or one of the mentioned above.

 

Article 7 Applicable Law

7.1 All agreements aply to the Dutch Law exclusively.

 

Article 8 Alterations

8.1 All stated prices are with reservation of errors and modifications.

8.2 These General Conditions are implemented from June 24th 2010 on. They apply until alteration of the General Conditions will be declared in written communication.
